This includes not reacting to requests for volunteers. If you ever find yourself in doubt, be quiet. Therefore, do not forget about your buddies. The E4 mafia is built upon the need to support junior-ranked service members. Plus, you never know when it is our turn to ask for help. However, remember the rule about plausible deniability. Remember, if an E4 asks you a favor, it is likely within your best interest to offer a hand.
